My old wire whip lost one of the wires in the middle of making pumpkin rolls for Thanksgiving. I kept the old one for emergency but ordered a new one. It came in a few days. I love my Kitchenaid mixer. I use it all the time and couldn't be without it especially during the holidays. I think I am going to order another back up. I had the first one for many years and never had a problem. They are very durable but I think I abused it. Ha Ha. Thank you!
