You can reach our helpful customer service team via one of the following options.

Self Service

We want our customers to feel confident in repairing the things they own using OEM parts. We also understand that for a variety of reasons, sometimes a part or repair doesn’t go to plan. That’s why we have a quick and easy returns policy that lasts 365-days on qualifying parts, and can be handled in a flash using our self-service portal.  Please note, we cannot process appliance parts returns at any Home Depot stores or outlets.

Self Service
  1. Begin Return
    Use our online form to begin your return, and follow the instructions we’ll send to you via email. 
  2. Pack it Up
    Pack your part or parts in a box. More than one part? No problem. Pack them all together and we’ll sort it out on our end.
  3. Send it! 
    Drop your package with the carrier we specify in your return instructions email(s). Once we’ve received, verified, and approved the return you should receive your money back in 7-10 business days.
