The locker, or door latch assembly fits to the inside of the microwave door, and keeps the door closed. If the door on your microwave oven doesn’t appear to close properly, you may have a problem with the door latch assembly. This locker is made of plastic and measures 7 inches long x 2 inches wide. If either of the hooks is broken or does not have any spring tension, you may need to replace the assembly.

This holder assembly helps secure internal components in place, supporting stable operation within the appliance. It prevents shifting and vibration that can occur during regular use. Over time, wear or breakage can compromise stability and cause noise or misalignment. Installing a replacement restores secure placement and smooth performance. This part includes the switches.
