This is an Authentic Manufacturer Sourced replacement part used on a Makita Sawzall Reciprocating Saws. This Assembly consists of: One (1) Metal Brush Holder With Spring and One (1) Carbon Brush with a Lead Wire Attached. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time. To replace this assembly you would need a Screwdriver • First remove Screws holding the cover together. • Carefully remove Two (2) Halves of the housing to gain access to Motor Housing. • Remove the old Brush Assembly and replace it with the New Brush Assembly • Reassemble and test your tool.
